Whether you’d like to organize a spaghetti dinner, a jeans day, a personal challenge, a dinner and a show, or any other type of activity, we’ll be happy to make suggestions.

Organize a spaghetti dinner This type of event is the perfect opportunity to meet your neighbors, share a delicious meal and support the Foundation’s initiatives. The social benefits of this type of event: Increased awareness of the Foundation’s mission Direct financial support for the cause Strengthened social and community fabric Networking and engagement opportunities Contribution to concrete local initiatives

Organize a theme day at the office Tips for a successful Jeans Day : Communication: Clearly inform all employees of the date, purpose and terms of participation. Encouragement: Motivate teams by explaining the positive impact of their contribution. Follow-up: After the event, share the results and thank all participants for their commitment.

Read our instructions carefully before you start:

• All proposals for activities or events organized for the benefit of the Berthiaume-Du-Tremblay Foundation must be submitted to and approved in advance by the Foundation’s Communications Manager;
• The Foundation is available to answer your questions, but will not be involved in the organization and logistics of your activity;
• It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and insurance coverage for the event;
• The Berthiaume-Du Tremblay Foundation can issue tax receipts for donations of $20 or more made online.
