Nouha Ben Gaied
Dr. Ben Gaied has more than ten years' experience working with Quebec's seniors, and has in-depth knowledge of the major issues surrounding the aging of the population. After an academic career in chemistry, she joined the Fédération Québécoise des Sociétés Alzheimer (FQSA) in 2013 as Director of Research and Development, Quality of Services, before recently joining the Berthiaume-Du Tremblay Foundation as Executive Director. During her time at the FQSA, Dr. Ben Gaied has been instrumental in the creation of a number of provincial initiatives to support and accompany people living with a major neurocognitive disorder and their caregivers. Her expertise and skills in communications, government relations, research and development of programs and services, as well as her entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, have enabled her to act as a media spokesperson and to participate in over a dozen research projects as a co-researcher. Dr. Ben Gaied's mastery of the challenges faced by seniors has also led her to defend their interests on ministerial committees, in provincial initiatives and at parliamentary hearings.
Geneviève LaBranche
Geneviève has over 10 years' experience in the Montreal non-profit sector. She has a wide range of experience in the fields of social gerontology, popular education and citizen mobilization of marginalized communities, acquired through various businesses and non-profit organizations. Committed to and stimulated by projects that take social justice and the defence of rights to heart, she will ensure, during this year of replacement, that she develops structuring and sustainable partnerships, and supports the Foundation's entrepreneurial and innovative dynamics, in order to strengthen its ecosystem and its impact on aging well in Quebec.
Charlotte Brut
Charlotte has been working in the social economy sector in France and Montréal for the last 10 years. She has a wide variety of experience in the field of social innovation for companies, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Charlotte’s enthusiasm and commitment help her to create strong, long-term partnerships, and she plays a key role in the Foundation’s innovative entrepreneurial spirit.
Annabelle Petit
Annabelle has more than 12 years of experience in Montreal's non-profit sector. Her versatility and dynamism will help promote the Foundation's mission and projects through photos, videos and other content.

Before Mr. Hervieux retired in 2001, he worked for over 30 years as Director General of various hospitals, most of which had direct links to the Berthiaume-Du Tremblay Foundation. He’s had the opportunity to watch the Foundation’s network grow and is proud to have played a small role in it. Mr. Hervieux has sat on various commissions and boards of directors in the health field, community organizations, as well as social and business clubs—all founded on mutual aid, coming together, and partnership.

Lise Beaudoin
Ms. Lise Beaudoin is committed to the cause of elders for over 30 years. She is particularly renowned for her 32 years of work at Les Petits Frères de Montréal, where she retired as Regional Director. Today, she is still currently contributing to their mission as a volunteer and she is also involved with many other organizations in support of elders. Ms Beaudoin is an active member of board of directors at Table de concertation des aînés de l’Île de Montréal, P.A.S. de la rue and Tél-Écoute.

After earning his CA degree, Mr. Larivière worked for a few years in public accounting with the Clarkson, Gordon firm. He then changed paths to work in the health and social services network, where he held positions in senior management in the finance field before becoming Director General at the Centre Hospitalier Saint-Eustache for the last 7 years. He has worked on numerous studies and committees in regional bodies for the Québec Ministry of Health and Social Service as well as sat on the board of directors for organizations and institutions within the network. Before retiring in 2011, Mr. Larivière was a consultant on various management mandates in health and education.

Our Foundation is part of the Collectif des Fondations, a grouping of Québec foundations dedicated to current social conditions and policy.
